Note for elderly guests or families with young children: the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, with additional stairs at the entrance of the apartment.
Dogs are welcome, limited to one dog per reservation. A €50 surcharge will be added to your reservation to cover additional cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear, or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be billed separately or deducted from the security deposit.
Thanks to our self check-in system, you can arrive at the time that suits you, with complete freedom, while we always remain nearby to assist if needed.

Public parking is available 5 minutes away on foot. Depending on the time, it may also be possible to park in the nearby streets, some of which are free. A map will be available after booking.
We remain available by message, phone or via the booking platform messaging system for any questions before, during or after your stay.
We welcome guests between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for key handover.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.
