- The Cocoonr agency offers this studio flat for rent in Marseille, which can comfortably accommodate one person. This studio consists of a living room and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a single bed, wardrobe, and TV
- A fully equipped kitchenette: electric kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- Shared laundry room
The flat is located on the 6th floor of a building with an lift (which goes up to the 5th floor, so
there is one floor to climb on foot).
Location:
The ideal place to visit Marseille. A charming little cocoon. Many shops and restaurants at the foot of the building on Place Général de Gaulle.

🙂 Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach genial, weil sehr zentral. Auch wenn der Raum recht klein ist, so fehlt es doch an nichts. Die Aussicht auf Notre-Dame de la Garde ist phänomenal.
🙁 Die Dusche ist wirklich eng, das Waschbecken daneben schmaler als meine Schultern. Beides aber eine sinnvolle Lösung in dem kleinen Apartment, das am Fenster nur rund 2 Meter breit ist. Im Bett habe ich (195 cm) ausgestreckt beide Wände berühren können. Aber auch das passt nachts schon irgendwie..."

La Nine - Les Cocons "Ideal for a short break for one person
🙂 This is an excellently located property at the heart of the Vieux Port - almost everything in Marseille that you could want to see is within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is very compact but fine for one person for a short stay, especially if you use it is a base for sight-seeing. Despite its central location it's not a particularly noisy area although street-cleaning (as in other French towns) starts early in the morning.
There is a lift to the fifth floor and the apartment is on the sixth, so bear this in mind. The bathroom is small but adequate for one person.
The host who met me to hand over the keys way very friendly and responsive; my train was slightly late and she was able to adjust her schedule appropriately. Communications with the property generally were easy and extensive."

🙂 Appartement très bien situé à côté du Vieux-Port ! La rue est un peu agitée mais comme on est au sixième, c'est plutôt calme. La climatisation fonctionne bien et l'appartement bien que petit est parfaitement fonctionnel. Ah et il y a une très jolie vue sur les toits de Marseille et sur la Bonne Mère !
🙁 La douche est vraiment, vraiment, vraiment trop petite. En termes d'équipement, il manque un balai et surtout une table pour manger dans l'appartement.
Autre point un peu négatif, il y a beaucoup de moustiques.
Enfin, un point particulièrement dérangeant est que le premier jour, un squatteur est venu faire ses besoins dans la cage d'escaliers. Ça m'a fichu une grosse frayeur."

Situé au sixième étage avec ascenseur qui s'arrête au 5ème étage, une fois été bloqué j'étais obligé de monter à pied.
Douche manque une partie du paroi donc j'étais obligé de sécher l'eau écoulé.
Consignes inexactes et non précises pour remettre les clés qui m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps précieux pour prendre l'avion, ils ont dû mettre un cadena avec code pour mettre les clés dedans.
Beaucoup de bruit la nuit et le bonheur du matin apparemment des travaux dans l'appartement à côté.
J'étais obligé de manger sur une table basse et une petite chaise."

Komplette Einrichtung für Kochen usw. Habe immer gut geschlafen. Aufzug fast immer verfügbar für den 5. Stock.
🙁 Fixe Einrichtung hätte Renovation nötig.
Wasserhahn in Küche mit viel Spiel befestigt und mit entweder kaltem oder extrem heissem Wasser. Duschzelle und Befestigung Dusche fragil. Kleinigkeiten zwar, aber bei jedem Händewaschen, Abwaschen und Duschen zu beachten, sonst tuts weh.
Zwei sehr fragile Tische, die bei einer falschen Berührung in sich zusammenfallen und ein Stuhl mit Lehne fehlt auch.
