Welcome to our cosy and warm apartment, ideally located in a pedestrian street in the heart of Le Panier, one of the most emblematic and picturesque districts of Marseille.
Just a few minutes' walk from the famous Vieux-Port, this 55 m² space is perfect for exploring the city while enjoying absolute comfort.
Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, our accommodation includes:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each (140cmx190cm), equipped with storage space for your clothes
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, classic filter coffee machine, opening onto a cosy and comfortable living room (no television)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets). -
How to get there?
**By public transport**:
- Metro **Colbert - Hôtel de Région (line 1)** about 10 minutes‘ walk. - Tram stop **Sadi Carnot (line T2)** 7 minutes’ walk. - Many buses also serve the surrounding area. -
**By car**: The streets of the Panier are typical, narrow and often pedestrianised. It is not possible to park directly in front of the apartment.
The nearest car parks are:
- **Parking Indigo Marseille République** (10 minutes on foot).
- **Parking Vieux-Port Hôtel de Ville** (15 minutes on foot).
- **On foot**: The Panier district is best explored on foot. The apartment is accessible after a few flights of stairs and cobbled streets, typical of this charming historic district.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
The accommodation is located in a typical street with wide steps. There is no parking available in front of the accommodation.
A deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment. It also covers any breach of contract (pets, number of people, timetables).
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
