  • Come and experience a dream holiday on the shores of the Mediterranean in this apartment that has everything to seduce you!!<br>Modern, bright, air-conditioned and fully equipped apartment of 50 m² (+ terrace of 12 m²) with 2 real bedrooms, a private parking space in a small quiet and secure residence.<br><br>Located on the second and last floor, this accommodation can accommodate 4 to 6 people.<br><br>A 10-minute walk from the port and the town centre with many local restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets..., 400 m from the Etang de Thau, 5 km from the beautiful beaches, cycle paths and bus stop nearby and with a breathtaking and unobstructed view of Mont Saint Loup!<br>Market day on Tuesday.<br><br>Not overlooked, this apartment will offer you a beautiful living room with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet and bathroom.<br><br>Fully equipped, you will have at your disposal a fridge/freezer, a Senséo, a kettle, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a large screen TV, a beautiful and large terrace with table, 6 chairs, sofa, a food processor and electric barbecue...<br><br>PROVIDED: blankets, mattress pads, duvets and pillows<br>NOT PROVIDED: sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, towels<br><br>No smoking and pets not allowed.<br><br>• Rental from Saturday to Saturday <br>• Minimum of 3 nights from September to May<br>• June, July, August: minimum 1 week<br><br>Availability: consult the calendar and contact me for any other request.<br><br>• Cleaning option: €50 (to be paid on site)<br><br>For any further information, do not hesitate to contact me at 0665147927, the live exchange is more friendly.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Olivier.L appartement est confortable, pas moi de tous commerces, au calme.Olivier est très réactif et facilite l entrée dans les lieux.Je recommande.

Appartement très bien placé pour aller en ville à pied, accèder a l'étang, marcher vers le port conchylicole, ou les plages.Il est très bien équipé, TV connectée, wifi, électroménager... et le propriétaire est facilement joignable.

Super sejour gentillesse du propriétaire appartement tres propre .on se sent comme a la maison il y a tout de prévu. Proche de l etang de thau et a 10 minute en voiture des plages .vraiment tres contente du sejour village sympas plein de petit villages a visité nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Location super propre ,appartement spacieux , se qui est tres appréciable il y avais tt les produit menage sac poubelles ect... pas besoin de tt acheter .résidence propre et calme .voisine super sympa . Et les echange avec le propriétaire top super reactif ci vous avez une question. Je recommande cette location vous ne serez pas dessus .
