Great views - property needs maintenance
Stunning views from both balconies, good communication from hosts and the area of Marsaskala is lovely. Hosts were flexible with time in/out of the apartment. Property was let down by lack of maintenance in the bathroom and bedroom area. Toilet leaking at the base all over the floor and the set up for the shower is very poor. Clients should not have to put cloths on the floor/against the shower as instructed to mop up excess leakage each time you shower. It was bordering on dangerous to go into the bathroom in the middle of the night with the leakage and then bring that back into the bedroom tiled area on your feet. When it rained, the terrace flooded & leaked into the bedroom. We lost an airpod down the slats of the bed and had to move the bed to find it, bed not moved in some time as extremely dusty/dirty underneath. Electric socket in the kitchen started sparking when used. We referred to the walk to the property as cardio respiratory hill, not suitable for people with disabilities but we got there in the end. Not great to use old fleece synthetic sheets on the bed, cotton only please for asthma sufferers! Overall we enjoyed the stay despite the issues but they need addressing.
