We were moved to a different bed and breakfast due to a problem with our room number 368. The new room was in a different building with different hosts but they were amazing. Parking was as described, on the property and off the street. Michele and Giovanna went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, suggested how to see the local sites and even shared some homemade wine. The room was clean, very functional and had a private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the patio was the most peaceful of the many stops around Sicily, the view was equally as impressive. Thank you for your hospitality

Perfect for kite surfing

A slightly odd little place to stay but overall it was clean, safe & perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights in that area. If you are going to Stagnone for kite surfing then this is an absolute perfect location - Literally a minutes walk down to the coast where the sky was full of kite surfers - beautiful sight. It is middle distance between Trapani & Marsala - both about 25 minutes away. Marsala is a fantastic place to visit - bustling shopping streets, great food & lovely museums. The room & bathroom were large, modern & very clean. Towels & bedding all clean & soft. Air conditioning very functional (which was needed in 40 ish temperatures). Maybe I read the description wrong but I assumed the Kitchenette was part of our own room - however the kitchen area is shared for the accommodation & located in the central reception area. Also I assumed breakfast was included but it was paid if required. The accommodation is located off a backstreet towards the beach & feels like you are amongst local’s houses. Parking was free & safe.

IMPORTANT: Google doesn't know the address from the confirmation! Look at the map in Expedia, don't use that address as Google Maps will lead you to a place 5km away. The property has a nice location and thus has a big potential. Unfortunately I have a bad experience because of non-existent communication with the host. I've made a booking 5 days before arrival and requested airport transfer mentioned in the description. Then I sent another message requesting that again and mentioning our late arrival. There was nothing. So upon arrival we've took a taxi to the location of the property. When we arrived, there was nothign. I first thought it was a scam. Then after about an hour with Expedia support, we figured out that the address was wrong and the actual location was some 5km away. The host hasn't responded. When we arrived at the property at 2AM because of trying to find them, turned out they weren't expecting us and the room wasn't ready. Also for the same reason they didn't have enough products for the breakfast. The transfer to/from the airport costs more than indicated in the description.
