"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. "Resort in a wonderful position. Not too large so that you don't suffer the city center pain. Room was very nice and bed comfortable. Cleaning could be better. Staff helped with some little problems Easy access to tours (not directly provided by resort) although at high price. Food could definetly be improved. "
