The staff were helpful and very nice. There are several buildings so unfortunately we had to walk down three flights of stairs, then down a short street then up three flights of stairs for breakfast every day. That was a bit of an inconvenience. The main building seems to be a little nicer than the building we were in. The towels I believe are the same towels I donated to Goodwill in 1982 sadly, one day we returned from our outing and there were no towels at all in our room because they don’t have enough towels to replace your towels when they’re washing them. Thus you are without towels sometimes for periods of time. Unacceptable.Breakfast was nice but no protein except for a small portion of yogurt. Eggs would’ve been nice.

Ce fut vraiment très difficile de se rendre à l’hôtel. Nous avons dû marcher durant 20 minutes avec nos valises. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très gentil et l’endroit était bien. Il y a eu un problème ce matin lors de notre départ. Nous avons payé les taxes de tourisme comme indiqué sur hôtel.com mais il nous disait que nous n’avions pas payé notre nuitée. J’ai montré notre reçu sur hôtel.com pour prouver que nous avions bien payé. La personne a la réception était vraiment très confuse.

Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, le personnel du Riad est très aimable et attentionné. Concernant la chambre ( n°4 annexe) c’est correct, il serait judicieux d’installer une tringle dans le rangement et quelques porte-manteaux supplémentaires. La douche mériterait une robinet thermostatique, ce qui faciliterait le réglage de la température et économiserait beaucoup d’eau. Nous avons par contre rencontré des problèmes avec les transporteurs pour le transfert Riad-aéroport, à l’aller 40 mn d’attente et pas à l’endroit prévu. Et pour le retour, nous avons été obligé de trouver un autre transporteur car le soir aucune nouvelle à 21h du transporteur prévu. Celui-ci nous a contacté à 23h59 !

Location - down a bit of a dark alley way but place is nice. 5-8 walk to road access but close to market so convenient if not carrying much Staff - friendly and professional, welcome tea and snack was much appreciated. Breakfast - average but filling, egg, different types of bread, slices of oranges, salad, fruit preserve Room - clean, comfortable bed, not much toiletries (but the shower gel was lovely), complimentary bottle of water. But do not agree to say in room 7, it feels like a supply closet (you have to almost climb over bed to get to bathroom and door couldn't open all the way), and has a glass door with curtain as privacy. When we asked if there was alternate room, we were led further into the alleyway, around 2 min way, to another establishment that did not seem as well kept. The lack of security and brightness of the room while trying to sleep took off a star.

Friendly staff and good service. Huge humidity in the room, the coldness become much apparent and stronger during the night and early morning, even with heating from air-con, the room is not very warm.

I was excited when I first entered the property. Down an alleyway, close to the main square. Great location. And the Riad design is very attractive when you first go in. From then it kind of slid downhill. Our room, on the second floor, I am pretty certain that this was formerly an office. No windows to the outside. It was an odd shape. Bed frame was put into the space and you practically have to parkour the bed to ge to the other side of the room. The corner of the bed is 4 inches from the wall. The lamp on one side of the bed I went to touch it and I get electrocuted. The safe was broken. We were promised this would be fixed. Nope. The door handle to the room fell off and it took a solid day to get it fixed. Lastly we wanted to make a reservation to do a tour. When we talked to the staff they said we were confirmed. Good thing we checked later with the new staff member because they said we were not confirmed and the reservation was never placed. The place has great potential with just a couple small adjustments

El check in no fue como esperábamos, a otro huéspedes los recibían con té, a nosotros no. El desayuno es a partir de las 7:30am, el último día teníamos que tomar un tren a las 9am, llegamos a las 7:20am a desayunar y las personas que cocinan llegaron a las 7:45am, eso nos atrasó bastante.
