This riad has just changed ownership, so they were in the process of renovating the property during my stay. The first room I was in was gorgeous and large, but immediately off the common courtyard/dining area and was loud and did not feel private. They were kind enough to allow me to move to a more secluded room upstairs which was small but perfect.
The staff were extremely sweet and welcoming, helpful in making recommendations for activities, making meals, helping with transport, etc. This was my experience with a few different riads in Marrakech.
The location is ideal because it is close to the action but in a quiet side alley, also near an ATM and food.
For a mid-range riad it was perfect.
