Amazing! - lovely hospitality, even better food ❤️

The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and kind. Rooms are clean, warm and the food was amazing. They made us traditional Moroccan dishes and made sure we were fully looked after. We went for a evening walk in the surrounding hills which are beautiful and peaceful. 10/10

God service!

Vi fikk god service og middagen på hotellet er veldig god. Frokosten er enkel, men god. Problemet er at sengene er forferdelig harde. Vi la på tre pledd og et vattert teppe, men senga var fortsatt hard. Det er også mye støy fra fly som flyr rett over hotellet i lav høyde. Hotellet har fri shutle inn til Marrakech sentrum.

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Tage gekommen, die Ausstattung macht einen heruntergekommenden Eindruck. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Sie waren sehr hart, die Matrazen waren sehr dünn. Auf Nachfrage um welche Zimmer es sich bei den Bildern im Internet handeln würde, gab man uns zur Antwort dass das die Suiten seien. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut, da auf beiden Seiten eine Hauptverkehrsstraße lang führt und der nahe Flughafen zusätzlich für Lärm sorgt. Beim auschecken wollte man uns noch für einen beschädigten Fernseher (der bereits defekt war als wir ankamen) in Anspruch nehmen. In den Zimmern selber waren diverse Dinge defekt: Safe funktionierte nicht, Fernseher war beschädigt, Kühlschrank kühlte nicht, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Abläufe der Badewanne und des Waschbeckens waren defekt, usw.

This hotel is rated as 4 * ,however it is very tired and requires updating ,it currently sits in my opinion at 2 star ,it is 10min walk from the Almazar Mall where you can shop and have some restaurants.
