Nous n’avons pas utilisé le spa. La piscine est sur le toi et il y a un maître nageur et un dj bonne musique et un super resto qui offre d’excellents repas à différents prix et offre une belle ambiance sur le toi. Le petit déjeuné était moyen et coûte 120 dirham par personne. La grandeur des chambres est plus grande quand Europe et plus petite qu’au Québec ou celles des tout compris aux Antilles. Les quartier est pas recommandé pour une promenade. On est à 10-15 min en voiture de la grande place Jemaa et du musée YSL. Le personnel est très gentils et très serviable.

Habitación limpia, piscina genial, le faltan unas pocas hamacas más, pero por lo demás era genial el ambiente. El personal muy amable. Los precios de la terraza eran caros, botella de agua 50dh Caja fuerte al día 25dh Al baño le vendría bien una mampara para que el agua no se fuese por todas partes. Wifi bien. Aire acondicionado muy bien. Volveremos

The breakfast and the pool side ammenity were the bright spots. The shower head was broken and they wouldn't get it repaired even after front desk said that they did. No iron in the rooms.

Property looks very dated/old. The pictures in the website is not the actual representation of the property. Which I think is very dishonest way to grab clients to stay in this hotel. Staff and cleanliness of the place very good. Very attentive and helpful staff! This are the only 2 things I like. Amenities just okay, the rooftop space is very small. Pool area very small too, it gets crowded easily. Breakfast very mid.. I will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

If there was a way to give negative stars i'll give, as this is the worst company i have dealt with, our holidays to Marrakech was booked with them, went to hotel first of all hotel was nothing like in photos, a/c was making loud sound hotel didn't do anything to fix it, there was no gym while photos were shown of a gym, room phone never worked we complaint but no fix, we chatted with expedia agents during visit they didn't bother to help, said when you finish trip contact us, and when we contact after visit, nothing was done. avoid this company at all cost. Swimming pool was filthy, also no water or food was allowed in the rooms, while they sell water bottle for 10gbp each total rip off. We have smaller children so does other guests this was a very stressful experience. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I was in contact with Expedia during the visit and after as told by their customer service but nothing was done, extremely unhelpful.

Pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles, el personal es súper gentil, todo el tiempo sonriendo. El hotel se encuentra bien, es acorde al precio. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la alberca, el área común, muy agradable.

"I had a great experience at imperial Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city.
