Good hotel, good price, good location. Cleaning and catering staff were brilliant, very helpful. The hotel reception was generally good. Customer is the real boss!

Please do not stay in this hotel and cancel if you have already paid for even as you will regret your decision after looking in to the room. The room is filthy, infested with bed bugs, opened elecyrical and plumbing joints scattered all over the room. We have found trace of cigars and weed. Booked for three times familiy delux apartment felt like vomitting after entering the room. I had to book alternative hotel costing double the amount due to sort time. I have contacted Expedia to take this further as the hotel refusing to refund the amount. Please think twice as i will destroy all your good memories as we travelled 10 hours from Sahara and face with this slum like condition.

I got expedia discount, i didnt pay much for the stay. Still room smell bad. Comforter had a hole and blood stain on it. No chairs inside, couple of damaged plastic chairs in oatio covered with full dust. Patio for really unclean. Never stay here again even though its cheap.

Alors que j'ai demandé des lits jumeaux il n'y avait qu'un seul lit , pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain, la chambre sale, le sol gras, et le bruit infernal la nuit du moteur de la climatisation posé sur la fenêtre, et le bruit de la boîte de nuit adossée a l'hôtel, le quartier était dangereux. Aucun petit déjeuner(continental) servi le matin Nous avions passé qu'une nuit puis quitter l'hôtel une horreur absolue.

Reservei esse hotel para passar apenas uma noite. Foi terrível. A reserva era de 12 a 13/10 apenas. Mas, nem para encontrar o hotel foi fácil. Pois eles não têm fachada, apenas um cavalete na rua escrito de giz. Como cheguei de um vôo noturno, foi ainda mais difícil de encontrar. Fiz o check in às 00h30 do dia 13/10. E, pela tela do computador deles, não havia nenhum dado meu. Após os recepcionistas consultarem um senhor que estava deitado no sofá, esse pegou o telefone, ligou para outra pessoa e “confirmou” minha reserva. Ao chegar no quarto, me deparei com instalações sujas, velhas e cômodos macabros. Tanto que não tinha toalhas de banho, tive que descer na recepção novamente para pegar duas. O ar condicionado não funcionava completamente, parece que foi programado para desligar a cada 10min. Por fim, conseguimos dormir. No dia seguinte, às 09h, ouvimos vozes de pessoas no andar (como só falam árabe, não deu para entender nada) e, para minha surpresa, simplesmente desligaram a energia elétrica do andar inteiro em que estava. Não sei se por falta de conhecimento de que tinham hóspedes ali ou por dolo mesmo. Não recomendo. Péssimo.

Bonjour j ai essayé de vous joindre via le chat hier pas de réponse. Je voulais vous demander de me changer l hôtel parce que le réceptionniste me demande de payer un supplément car il me dit que la chambre que j'ai réservé il y'a pas de toilettes et pas de douche sachant que c'étaient pas signalé au moment de la réservation plus j avais ma mère avec mois âgé de 70 ans. Il. Ma donner une chambre très très sale pas de surviettes pour la douche pas de savon toilette déjà utilisé très très sale j ai fait des vidéos on a passé moi et ma mère une nuit de couchmar . Je vous demande le remboursement de cette réservation Cordialement

住所が間違っているので、要注意。 同じストリート内の南側にあるので、よくよく見てください。 チェックイン時の対応がとても雑でした。 チェックイン後、タオル用意されておらず、のちほどと言われたが、結局初日はタオルなしで翌日伺うと用意してもらえた。ちなみにシャワーはお湯が出ませんでした。 ただし周辺エリアは非常に便利で、何か必要な時は近くのショッピングセンターで全て揃えられる。

Arrivé tard dans la nuit, j'ai cherché l'endroit pendant très longtemps car ce n'est pas la même adresse que celle indiquée sur l'annonce. J'ai dû partager une chambre, la douche et les toilettes avec d'autres personnes... Très décevant pour le prix que je trouve excessif Les draps étaient sales, maculés de traces de mégots de cigarettes, chewing-gums collés sur les murs. Appartements situés à côté d'une discothèque, impossible de fermer l'oeil de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était immangeable. A fuir !!!
