We loved being in a neighborhood where people live and going to the bakery, grocery and restaurants that had no tourists. The room was clean and large. We loved the blackout shutters. "We booked family room and had terrible experience. The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what. No courtesy to say even sorry once. Avoid this hotel. "
