The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."

"Simply the most fantastic chalet in the perfect spot. We spent a week early January in this beautiful place and loved every moment. The chalet is just as described, the rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are modern and seem very new. The kitchen appliances all work perfectly and everything is supplied that you need to cook good meals. There are two different coffee machines, a filter and a Senseo, lots of pots and pans, knives etc. The ski locker is perfectly placed and the layout of the chalet couldnt be better with three bedrooms on the top floor, the living accommodation in the middle and then three more bedrooms on the bottom floor. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet for all levels, you can literally ski down from the top of Alpe d'Huez, right to the front door, absolutely amazing. In short myself and my family all loved it here and will be back in the future I hope."

"The apartment exceeded every expectation, the photos don’t do it justice. The location is impossible to beat and the views from the many balconies were immaculate. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living areas perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. I can’t imagine there are any properties in the resort that would come close to this.
