「旧市街の中心地に近く、観光に便利な立地。スタッフの女性もとても親切で快適に過ごせました。チェックインが夜の9時近くと遅くなってしまいましたが、快く対応してくれた上、無料で着いてきた朝食のパンが美味しくて何個も食べてしまいました。また利用したい宿の一つ。」

「バスルームの匂いが気になった 階段の登り降りは大変だったけど、空港からの送迎もスムーズで、宮殿内のアパートだから観光も楽々だったしフェリーターミナルへも徒歩で行けて立地も良かった」

「浴槽付き客室とのことだったので予約しましたが、実際には浴槽はありません。 そのことを到着時に指摘したら、感情的な対応をされました。 部屋にキッチンがあったので、旧市街でキッチン重視で浴槽は不要の人にはよいのではないでしょうか。」

「場所はゴールデンゲートそのもので超便利、日本食風レストランが50m内に2件あり、ローカル料理に飽きた時に頼りになります。ただ、エレベーターが無く4階のみの部屋なので大きい荷物は大変です。タオルは自分で洗わなくてはならない、ローカルらしく外に干せますが。朝食は無いですが近くのお店が6時から開いています。支払いは現金のみ。スタッフは空港ピックアップ(有料)もしてくれ親切でした。」
