Zimmer waren sauber, das Essen exzellent und das Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Auch das (Wasser-)Sport- und Entertainmentangebot war super, dass Meer kristallklar und der Strand sauber. Selbst der Club-Fotograf, Micky, war sehr nett und extrem kompetent. Das Hotel ist also auf allen ebenen hervorragend und absolut zu empfehlen. Alles in allem: 10/10

Very disappointing experience, particularly considering what we were charged. I was traveling with my two 12-year-old children. Through Expedia, I was charged an additional €189 because they classified the reservation as three adults, bringing the total for the night to approximately €575. Yet the room provided had only two single beds. The third “bed” was simply a chair that unfolds flat and was extremely uncomfortable, even for a child. If a hotel is going to charge the full additional-adult rate for a 12-year-old, I would expect appropriate sleeping accommodation for that third guest—not a chair. At the very least, this should have been clearly disclosed before the additional charge was imposed. The pricing became even more frustrating when extending our stay. After considerable negotiation, I still paid approximately $450 for the following night for exactly the same room and sleeping arrangement. It felt inconsistent to treat my daughter as an adult when determining the price while providing her with sleeping accommodations that would hardly be considered suitable even for a child. For these prices, I expected considerably better value, transparency and comfort. The hotel should be much clearer about how additional guests are charged and exactly what type of sleeping arrangement the third guest will receive.

Unser Aufenthalt war zunächst insgesamt positiv. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, Garten, Zimmer und Poolbereich werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Frühstück und Abendessen bieten zwar Auswahl, allerdings wiederholen sich die Gerichte häufig. Geschmacklich war das Essen eher durchschnittlich. Beim Mittagessen gibt es einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen dem Restaurant am Pool und dem Strandrestaurant. Letzteres bietet aus unserer Sicht deutlich besseres Essen, worauf das Hotel jedoch nicht hinweist. Positiv sind der schöne Kinderbereich sowie der saubere Sandstrand. Hamam, Sauna oder Dampfbad gibt es leider nicht. Der Grund für meine 1-Stern-Bewertung ist jedoch der Umgang mit uns kurz vor der Abreise. Etwa 30 Minuten vor dem Check-out wurden wir informiert, dass der Fernseher im Zimmer beschädigt sei. Wir erklärten sofort, dass uns davon nichts bekannt sei und wir den Fernseher nicht beschädigt hätten. Trotzdem wurde etwa eine halbe Stunde lang versucht, uns die Verantwortung zuzuschieben, mit der Begründung, dass der Fernseher vor unserem Aufenthalt funktioniert habe und danach beschädigt gewesen sei. Andere mögliche Ursachen, beispielsweise durch das Housekeeping, wurden nicht ernsthaft berücksichtigt. Uns wurde sogar vorgeschlagen, den Fernseher selbst reparieren zu lassen. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass das Hotel den Vorfall zunächst prüfen sollte, wurde am Ende gesagt: „Das müssen Sie mit Ihrem Gewissen ausmachen.“

Otele ilk geldiğimiz andan itibaren resepsiyonda güzel bir karşılama ve güzel bir anlatımla karşılaştık odamıza kadar eşlik edildi odamız temiz ve rahattı özellikle çocukların ayrı bir odada olması ben sinek barı biraz yetersiz buldum açıkçası ikinci olumsuz yönü Yemeklerde ve kahvaltıda genelde aynı ürünlerin çıkmasıydı temizlik hijyen mükemmel diyebilirim gerek o da temizliği gerek ortak kullanım alanlarındaki temizlik mükemmel personel güler yüzlü ve elinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyorlardı denize konu olması avantaj fakat bizim şansımıza mı artık dalgalıydı kaldığımız süre zarfında yapacak olursam on üzerinden sekiz diyebilirim teşekkürler

We arrived at the hotel having had an incredibly stressful day the previous day, resulting in no sleep for any of us, 2 anxious children & frazzled parents. From the moment we arrived, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel incredibly welcome. Every one of our needs was met, even down to the tiny details (snacks in the room for the kids) to the bigger issues (letting us stay & use the facilities after checkout). The room was perfect. Plenty of space for us, comfy beds & decent air con. The setting was a slice of pure paradise. Even though there were plenty of guests, nowhere felt particularly busy. An absolutely perfect remedy to the stressful situation we had been in!

It was clean, quiet and nice overall. Food was very good and staff worked very hard. Beach was outstanding. But strangely, the smaking areas were larger than the non-smoking areas. And the evening entertainment could have been earlier--8:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm which is better for seniors.
