Otel nehrin kıyısında. Giriş yaparken masada oturan hanımefendi hiç yardımcı olmadı ve kötü bir giriş yaptık. Gelmeseydiniz odanızı başkasına satacaktım dedi. Bu nasıl bir konuşma şekli, aradınız da ulaşamadınız mı ? giriş yapılan saat 14.00 civarıydı. Güleryüz sıfır, asık bir surat. Hizmet sektöründe çalışıyorsak böyle olmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odamızın kapısının kilidi açılmadı, geçen de olmuştu diye yorum yaptı ama bu bizim problemimiz değil. Odalar temiz ama eski. Kahvaltı çok çeşit var ama lezzet yok. A olsun ama lezzetli ürünler olsun. Bahçe güzel keyifli. Havuz yeterince temiz görünmediği için girmedik.

Акъяка в целом прекрасное место, отель притягивает интерес даже внешне, внутри, вообще, сказочное место. Элементы оттоманской эпохи, в виде старинной мебели, элементов архитектуры и дизайнерских решений в сочетании с современными технологиями делают отель таким особым местом, попадая куда, уезжать не хочется. Уютно, вежливый, тактичный персонал + 2 собаки (Туман и Сироп) = прекрасно проведённое время. А еще они готовят sigara böreği с картошкой, что не часто встречается в турецком общепите. Только ванн в номерах нет, как заявлено, но это скорее трудности перевода. Видимо это душевая кабина с глубоким поддоном переводится как ванная.

OMG what a really lovely hotel

On arrival we were blown away by its opulence and wonderful setting.best hotel ive stayed in in a long time and ive stayed in many. The room was beautifully decorated in keeping with the ottoman style. Lovely position on the river just a short walk to the centre. would i stay here again, oh most definitely wouldnt book anywhere else. Staff all very helpful even when language was a problem we got by as mostly turkish speaking staff.
