"Das Moserhaus ist von Grund auf neu renoviert und von den Gastgebern mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Alle Räume strahlen eine Wärme und Behaglichkeit aus. Der Naturgarten ist ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber Brigitte und Thomas haben uns wie alte Freunde empfangen; nicht wie zahlende Kunden.Wir wurden umgehend auf ein Willkommensbier in den Garten eingeladen. Wir werden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen."

"Check in required extensive information on a tablet, passport numbers dates etc. Hard sell for 29 € breakfast every day. Hard sell to upgrade room 110€ extra. Impatient person behind me was engaged while I was still talking to the clerk. Extra staff in back would not assist. I had questions unanswered. Directions to room are incorrect. I carried many heavy pieces of luggage up staircases instead of being told the elevator went directly from the garage to our room. Signage for elevator doesn't exist. Staff don't even know it's there. No luggage rack in room. No phone in room to communicate. Walked back to front desk to ask for luggage rack which was declined but I could upgrade room for 110€ to get one. There is a tablet in the room you're supposed to use to communicate. It's in Deutsche so useless to us. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. Rarely saw a smile."
