On the first floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room, where you can relax with your family and friends. There is a direct exit from this area to the incredible terrace with an outdoor dining area for 8 guests, from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

If you are more into the grill, there is a stone house with a fireplace, where you can make delicious delicacies, while the nearest restaurant is only 4 km away from the villa. With a private gym, you will be able to maintain your summer figure while you are on holiday, and relax in the hot sauna in the afternoon.

When we say that this villa offers everything, we also mean the location that provides peace and privacy, but it is also close to Vinišće center. Nearby, there is Trogir old town and the Island of Čiovo, as well as Split, Rogoznica, Primošten, and the old town Šibenik.
