"If I could give this property zero stars I would. Room was extremely small, not even room to open our suitcases, and had multiple maintenance issues, including the air conditioner not cooling, plugged drains, etc. When brought to the attention of the front desk staff (5:30pm) they couldn’t have cared less, and didn’t even offer to switch our room. A manager finally contacted us at 9:30pm wanting to switch our room or have maintenance look at the air conditioner, we opted for the latter since we had a very early flight. The manager was literally upset with us because we had the audacity to go to dinner instead of waiting for her to contact us, as if it was our fault the front desk staff didn’t inform her when we brought it to agents attention. Maintenance arrived only to tell us he couldn’t fix it because it needed to be serviced. I thought that’s what maintenance did, then why not block the room if the air conditioner can’t be fixed instead of giving it to a guest? Management wanted to upgrade us to a suite on our return booking, needless to say, I canceled that reservation, we would never stay here again or recommend it. I might ad, we were surprised at the amount of transgenders outside the hotel soliciting passerby’s, my wife and I have never experienced this before at the other hotels in the area. Having travelled the world, this hotel is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Be warned!!! "

"Welcoming atmosphere and good breakfast buffet selections with attentive staff. Rooms are clean and roomy. Gym has a great variety. Suggestion to add a foam roller. "
