Stone cottage for 4 people, located in a peaceful, enclosed estate offering shared spaces including a swimming pool, gardens, and a recreational area.
Perfect for visiting Niort, the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, and Île de Ré.
Close to wedding venues such as La Gravette or Le Griffier.
A quiet setting for business trips just minutes from Niort.

This charming gîte offers two bedrooms upstairs – one with a 140x190 bed and another with two 90x190 beds and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
If needed, the living room sofa converts into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.
Two furnished gardens allow you to enjoy the sunshine and barbecue.

La Guigneraie Estate consists of four independent 18th-century cottages.

The shared swimming pool enjoys excellent sun exposure and is furnished with garden seating and sun loungers.

The recreational area is equipped with various facilities and games for both children and adults.
Thanks to the estate’s generous size and diverse spaces, everyone can fully enjoy the pool and amenities without feeling crowded.

Ideally located for visiting Niort, the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, or the Île de Ré, the estate is perfect for couples or family holidays. You can alternate between relaxing days and excursions to discover the region’s richness.

You are also close to event and wedding venues such as Domaine de la Gravette or Domaine du Griffier.

For business trips, you will find a calm and peaceful environment conducive to relaxation or remote work, just minutes from Niort.

Been here 3 time's before, and always a wonderful stay, there's a new couple that run it now, and they are just as good as Alan and Margaret were, will be staying again.
