Marienthal Monastery

Room was spacious and staff was friendly. Clean and simple. WiFi didn’t work much for me but everything else was great.

The room was really clean; the staff super friendly and helpful. If it wasn‘t for that, I would have to give it 1 star. The location of the hotel, so close to heavy (!!!) drug use, brothels, and inconsiderate people (screaming at night, fighting on the plazza opposite the hotel, etc), is really a disservice to it. Once again the staff, especially Damir who helped with storing our luggage, was outstanding. But the hotel location is terrible.

Loved it.
