"Im sonst eher tristen Sagard, liegt eine super schöne und sehr gepflegte Ferianhausanlage. Wir sind seid 2012 jedes Jahr 2-3 Mal auf Rügen. Sagard war nie erste Wahl. Das sehen wir nun anders. Haus Lykke stellte in Sauberkeit und Einrichtung alle Häuser davor in den Schatten. Sogar die Handtücher, mal nicht die einfachen weißen Standard-Hotelhandtücher. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. "Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung wird für bis zu 4 Personen angeboten, war dann aber mit Kind und Hund etwas klein. Es gibt allesmögliche an Elektrogeräten, nur keine Mikrowelle, so war das zubereiten der Babynahrung etwas umständlich, aber nicht unmöglich. Direkt bei der Ankunft musste erst mal tief recherchiert werden, wo unsere Buchungsbestätigung ist, anscheinend hat der Gastgeber der Wohnung, nicht der Verwaltung der Schlüsselübergabe bescheid gegeben....

"Wir sind zufällig auf diese Wohnung gestoßen, da unsere Stammunterkunft eine Grundreinigung erhielt und wir somit eine Alternative brauchten. Die Größe des Appartementkomplexes wäre uns eigentlich zu viel gewesen, allerdings verteilen sich die Gebäudeteile und somit die Wohnungen angenehm. Die Lage direkt hinter der Promenade und schräg gegenüber von Café und dem Beiboot sind hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. "Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Alles sehr sauber und gut für uns vorbereitet. Leider war keine Info-Mappe vorhanden. Für uns nicht schlimm, da wir uns per Internet gut auf die Insel vorbereitet haben. Die Kurkarten waren auf jemand anderen ausgestellt, das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben. Danke dafür. "Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
