"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"The stay was calm gives very private percent option if your not interested in larger crowds only thing very far out from the areas with activities many expensive Ubers if your not driving I enjoyed the feeling of things being less crowded and private for a family getaway/ food served was decent simple"

"The whole package was great. WARNING: the restaurants at the hotel automatically tack on a FULL 18% gratuity. Since I was there on business, it is not good form for me to closely examine the bill in front of our client as it gives the appearance of over scrutiny when entertaining a VIP. Thus, I took a quick glance, saw the 9.75% under the word gratuity (that was actually the tax). So out of courtesy, I added on another 10%. In the end, gave multiple times a 28% tip (!) Fool me once shame on me 😢"

"Rooms were a bit outdated and elevators need a really good scrub down. Lobby was fantastic. Lots of perks with spa, Starbucks and pool. Floors 3-4 were “odd” with a ton of closed restaurants and weird convenience stores. Uber pickup was on the backside of hotel so getting dropped off and picked up was a bit confusing. Overall was good for the price."

"Hotel does the job providing a good night rest and clean accommodations for the price. Very clean room, towels, soap, shampoo ice And water in the lobby. A little noisy at night sounded like something was running in the walls. Dash transit right across the street from Lobby , union station, Olvera Street 5 minute walk. Will be back again"
