The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and all the necessary utensils for cooking. On the ground floor, there is also a second bright sitting room, perfect for reading, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and outdoor access—one features a balcony, and the other has a terrace with two loungers. A second full bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor. The second house has its living area on the first floor (the ground floor is not accessible).
