Clean property, close to the Valbona-Theth trail and really helpful staff. They arranged takeaway breakfast for us so that we could begin our hike earlier!

This is a one star hotel. The people were very nice but the hotel was a mess. There was no warm water, the bathroom floor did not drain. The room I paid for in the photo was twice the price of what I got.There was a much nicer hotel across the street for the same price, so I recommend staying there or only staying at this hotel for 25 euros

Everything was great! The location and conditions of my room were perfect. Ina and Sabina, the two sisters who ran this place, were very helpful and responsive with all my needs and concerns. They both took care of me like a family member. The breakfast and dinners were always fresh, abundant and delicious. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Ina and Sabina🙏

Wir waren zunächst die einzigen Gäste und man merkte dem Zustan des Hotels an, dass sehr wenig Betrieb ist. Eigentlich schade denn die Lage ist gut und das Hotel ist schön, hat aber einige Mängel, wie wackeliges Waschbecken, loser Klodeckel. Schade!

The staff was wonderful!!! When we checked in it was late and she had us go to a spot a few minutes away (walking distance literally 2minutes) and we were beyond thrilled with the delicious hot meal and drinks even though it was after 9:00pm. The next morning was the most relaxing check out process and breakfast we could ask for!! The fig Jelly was delicious as was the whole meal by the sweet, helpful lady who prepared it! Customer service was top notch- it was so peaceful and beautiful- it looks like a postcard!! We would love to return- All hikers should really enjoy the numerous trails we saw and take a look at this place too- not to mention the price was unbelievable!!! 😊

BUGS! I walked into my room with several dead and alive bugs including roaches ants bed bugs and spiders. I asked for a new room and was told nothing else was available. I didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes and went to a hotel town the street. I would recommend trying Valbona Resort and spa instead. Very similar price and clean and air conditioning. This property did not have air conditioning in the room either.

Het grootste pluspunt van ons verblijf was het personeel. De twee meiden die ons hielpen waren echt geweldig: heel erg vriendelijk, werkten ontzettend hard en spraken redelijk goed Engels. Dankzij hen voelden we ons erg welkom. Onze kamer viel helaas tegen. Hoewel het op zich schoon was en de douche erg lekker was, is de inrichting heel basic (alleen een bed, klein kastje, bureau en een simpele badkamer). Ook lagen er veel dode beestjes bij de hor. De kamer kwam helaas niet overeen met de foto's op de website. Het eten was redelijk. De soep was lekker, de salade en het brood smaakten goed en het ontbijt was oké, maar niet bijzonder. Als vegetariër is de keuze erg beperkt; ik kreeg uiteindelijk alleen frietjes zonder volwaardige vervanging als hoofdgerecht. De locatie lag 8 km van het begin van onze wandelroute (onze eigen inschattingsfout), maar het personeel bood heel netjes aan om ons te brengen. In de buurt zagen we wel opties die er beter uitzagen. Conclusie: Personeel krijgt een dikke 10, de rest van de accommodatie is helaas vrij matig.
