Bright, spacious, newly refurbished family home in Cliftonville, close to Walpole Bay beach and tidal pool. Free parking and a sunny garden with outdoor seating make it perfect for relaxing seaside breaks. Inside, the house spans three floors and the loft, with high ceilings, original wooden floors, stylish furnishings, and unique artwork. The ground floor has a large living room with bay windows and French doors, a Smart TV, and plenty of seating, plus a well-equipped kitchen with range cooker, American fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and wet room. Upstairs are a twin bedroom (with steps to the garden), two single bedrooms, and two double bedrooms (one king-size and one with desk set up) plus a family bathroom. The loft has a king-size bedroom with en-suite toilet. Fast Wi-Fi throughout and thoughtful touches for families make this a comfortable, welcoming base for exploring Margate.

Great location, really close to the beach but in a quiet residential area away from the very centre of the town. The house is big with plenty of room for 9 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Nancy was a wonderful host - the house was much bigger than the pics showed with generous rooms, a lovely garden and all amenities you could need stocked up. Nancy was lovely to organise with and the check in process was easy! Highly recommend for a group trip :)

The property lived up to its promise of being large and well presented. Loved the large stove and we had all we needed to cook a Sunday roast. Maybe there needs to be some thought about hanging or storage space in the front single bedroom but otherwise it was close to shops and the sea. Perfect.
