「Great cabin for a ski basecamp. Wood stove and sauna kept us nice and warm. It's on a beautiful secluded forest road, but the road was plowed fairly regularly (it was dumping snow while we were there). The only thing I would suggest is that a bunk bed in the small bedroom would have been a huge improvement... we came with two kids and one had to sleep on the fold out futon, so we couldn't use the kitchen or living room after bedtime. We're definitely going to be back next time we ski Belleayre!」

「Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! 」

「The cabin was exceptionally well equipped with everything you may need. The kids (6&8 years LOVED the wide variety of games, books and toys which were really nice quality (an origami set, for example). The trampoline was also a great pastime. The best, however, was Sals responsiveness and hospitality. He showed us all the animals and even let us feed a lamb. Thanks again!」

「Very nice for the price. The full kitchen was great stocked with plates, glasses, pans etc. The beds seemed new and very comfortable and the bathroom was brand new and exceptionally nice. They have definitely been putting effort into updating the rooms and it shows. I would definitely stay there again.」
