「- Room not that clean, baby found loads of hairs and things.
- post-booking I got loads of repetitive spam messages to check in online days before arrival.
- Facilities have restricted use, e.g. no children at pool 10am-6pm! The only reason we stayed there was so the wife can rest at the pool with the baby.
- Restaurant food was pub quality but Michelin price.
- "Entry" to breakfast ends at 9:30 not 10 as advertised.

「Absolute treasure.
Went for a retreat to get some work done. It could not have been more perfect.
Staff super respectful and approachable.
Room was spacious, clean and sound proof.
Breakfast was excellent....loved the banana and peanut smoothie. what a combo.
And after a hard day's work, it was relaxing in the sauna/steam room& jaccuzzi.
Planning on bringing a team of people for group bonding sessions.....with the vast green lands and lots of conference rooms and break out open...

「Our Cosy Double was as advertised -small but well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean. We had a lovely view of the extensive gardens. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and freshly prepared and great service too. We also had a meal in the bar and that too was very good. The gardens are delightful and we walked around them many times and it was a real bonus to have several sightings of the deer.
A small negative was that we had not realised that...

「部屋は広く清潔だが、通路及び部屋のドア開閉音が、部屋に響く。上階の歩行音も大きい。駐車場があると聞いていたが、実際には路駐で駐車場所を探す必要がある。この近辺のホテルはどこも同じかもしれない。」
