Had an amazing stay at the Legacy Mesopotamia Hotel in Mardin. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with incredible views overlooking the city and Mesopotamia plains. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. Such a unique and peaceful hotel full of character — I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin!

I do not recommend this property for solo women travellers. Not sure what goes on in this region, but I find staff offering to drink wine in the guest room with me extremely disrespectful. Simply refused, but kept insisting for the two nights I stayed there which made my stay uncomfortable.

Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing.

Öncelikle konaklama yerine geldiğimizde bizi çok güzel karşıladılar. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve mütevazi idi. Gelmeden ek yatak istemiştik henüz konulmamıştı ama biz gelir gelmez bu sorunu hallettiler. Odamız tertemizdi, herhangi bir isteğimiz olduğunda hemen karşılandı, herseyden önce çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı . Ailemle çok Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik, özellikle otel sahibi İlham bey, bize her konuda yardımcı oldu, nerde yemek yenir nereye gidilir vs konularında da rehber oldu. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Öncelikle işletme sahibi İlhan Bey’e ve Şeyhmus Bey olmak üzere tüm çalışan arkadaşlara ilgi ve alakalarından ötürü çok teşekkür ederiz. İnanılmaz misafirperver davrandılar. Otel Cumhuriyet Meydan’ına yakın bu sayede Eski Mardin’de ziyaret edilmesi gereken yerler için konum açısından ideal. Kahvaltı yeterli. Biz elite odada kaldık ve maalesef su sıcaklığının yetersizliği ile jakuzinin çalışmaması konusunda problem yaşadık. Memnuniyetsizlik duyduğumuz konular bunlardı.

Otelin konumu muhteşemdi, otelin manzarası çok güzeldi saatlerce manzarayı seyrettik. Otel şehrin tam merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi buram buram tarih kokuyordu... personelleri çok ilgiliydi her konuda yardımcı olup hızlı aksiyon aldılar Sadece odada duş açıktaydı o biraz tuhaftı haricinde her şey şahaneydi. Otel ambians olarak güzel ancak kaldığımız odada tuvalet hamam şekildeydi ve üstü açık olduğundan dolayı odayı hamamın rutubet kokusu sarmıştı. Ayrıca bazı camlar transparan olduğundan dolayı içerisi görünüyordu. Tek başına çalışan görevli herşeye yetişmeye çalışıyordu
