I have stayed at many places through the years. The Boat House is among the best. Room is super clean as well as the entire property, the amenities are outstanding, restaurants and shopping are walking distance and the staff is superb. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The property was nicer than expected and is located in a great area! We were use to staying closer to the ocean, on Collier Ave, but this was a sweet surprise for my wife and I. Poor communication
When we arrived our code for the door was not activated. I emailed the owner several times, with no response. my husband had to find Maintenace to unlock the door. Eventually we found property manager phone in book inside condo and she put the code in for us. At this time owner has not communicated ...
