Fantastic views!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. There is Absolutely nothing better than watching the dolphins playing from the lanai while you enjoy your morning coffee! Clean condo and wonderful communication with the property manager. We loved our stay at Riverside

Beautiful Location - However……

The location is perfect! Many establishments close enough to walk to. The unit over looks the Marco River with stunning sunrise views! Many boats and lots of dolphins to see. Nice and quiet beautiful complex.However, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and lanai.

Easter

Perfect place for quick getaway- excellent location. Unit was nice and bright. Screened in Lanai allowed for enjoying the outside while watching the boat traffic. Suggestion- stop using scented laundry soap/driver sheets- the scent was overpowering , uncomfortable for those of us with allergies!

Great view, decent condo

Location and view was great, condo was fine for a few days. The beds weren’t very comfortable and it is rather hot in the unit because they don’t allow you to turn the AC down at all. I thought there was a washer and dryer but there is not. Beach and shower towels wouldn’t dry. The community itself wasn’t very family friendly. Some nice people but there were a few that were very rude, yelling at our children and making obscene gestures that weren’t kid appropriate when the kids were swimming during the day. We had several families renting in this complex so that was kind of a bummer.

Marco vacation - Riverside club

Horizon Rentals was VERY user friendly and provided explicit easy to follow details on the property. The property, however, was a bit dated, blankets were smelly, and just not quite as nice as we’re used to. The dishwasher didn’t work and the unit only has a washer (not a washer and dryer)

Nice place and nice locatoin

The property was exactly as described albeit a little more tired then expected. But well stocked (linens, towels, beach chairs). Great pool and safe facility. Only drawbacks were check in process (via Horizon Rentals which expected us to drive to other end of island to collect and drop off keys), parking (never enough spaces although we paid 30 to bring our car in), A/C wasn't great (unit could use a few fans). Good value.

False advertising

Found stained comforter, foul smelling when you walk in the room. Bedbug staining on the walls and corners of the mattress. Did not end up staying, found a different place to stay for our trip!

Marco Island Getaway

Great location at the north of the island near the Snook Inn and the Marina where there were a lot of excursions. Thoroughly enjoyed looking out over the marina. Cono was neat and spacious for me.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a beautiful view and the condo had everything we needed. The key pick up and drop off was a bit far from the condo, but that was the only downside. Would stay again!

Nice apartment, in good area

Pros: The apartment was very clean,. and well located. Parking was easy and secure. Cons: Extremely dated, towels were threadbare and stained, and the kitchen not very well appointed for a vacation rental...what vacation property doesn't have a corkscrew?
