Perfect for what we needed.

The unit was clean and everything was operational. Quick walk to Snook Inn Restaurant which had a variety of food. We were only there for a weekend but would stay longer next time.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The elevator was scary and very noisy. There is no access to a beach. Tigertail beach is 2 miles away and another quarter mile to the water from the parking area. I loved the smith house and the nightly music

Comfortable and clean place in the complex of a lot of good restaurants

Clean, quiet. Like good restaurants close by. Easy driving to anything else. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for coffee.

Great place to stay

We loved this property. The deck was wonderful for an evening cocktail, and we loved the music, especially on the weekends. When we left the music we couldn’t hear it in the room.

Great location but lacking & needs improvement

We stayed at this property with our three kids. Definitely some pros and definitely cons. Here’s feedback for the owner and other families looking to book: - Pros: great location! Snook Inn was fabulous for dinner and just a couple of blocks away. Pool was heated and nice. Spacious condo. Exterior is appealing and easy parking and guest laundry access. When we requested towels, management was prompt to respond. Overall, the price was very good in Marco compared to many more expensive units. - Cons: we arrived at night were frustrated the very next morning to get a message that the dishwasher was broken and repairmen were coming. Property management on this needs improvement. With our first day and smaller children in and out we declined. Should’ve been handled before our stay. Dishwasher was then broken for our stay. The unit bathrooms were not overly clean, especially the shower floor in the double bed and room. The fitted sheets on the two queen beds were too small so they kept coming off (gross to be on just the mattress!). There were no hand towels and only one washcloth in the entire place. When we requested more, two huge garbage bags of towels were left inside the unit with mismatched towels. In short, some housekeeping/management improvements could really help out this rental a lot. We still felt like the value was pretty good. We’d consider this building for future stays but likely choose another unit or be specific before arrival with inquiries.

Everything was very nice! When we first got there wasn’t sure where what building our condo was in ! Figured it out !! We couldn’t go barefoot in condo, the bottom of my feet would be black after 10 minutes !

Great condo for a wonderful getaway

This is our second time at this complex and this unit was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped for our needs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Keurig, small 5 cup coffee pot, teapot, crockpot and tons of kitchen utensils. Nicely furnished, tons of parking, elevator. Counter service and sit-down eateries on site. When we contacted the rental agent about beach equipment, Priscilla went above and beyond to deliver beach chairs and umbrellas the next day. The marina for boat tours is close by. We had a great wonderful time in beautiful Marco Island and would definitely rent this particular condo again.

Condo was very clean. Location on North End. Very quiet with dining close that does not require going into busy areas of Marco. Pool dated but clean. Seemed small for number of condos but was never overcrowded. As for Marco Island. Not beach friendly. If you want beach, stay at expensive high rise on beach. Public beach parking a nightmare and long walk to beach. We did enjoy our stay. Thank you to our host.

Very nice condo

I have stayed on this property before but this was my first time in this unit. Everything was clean and just as pictured and it all went smoothly. I would stay here again, especially when the Snook Inn reopens! My only issues were that I found the keypad hard to use, and the checkout instructions in the app and left in the house differed, which was confusing.

Everything we needed

This home had everything we needed for a nice stay in Marco Island. Our favorite part of the condo was the screened porch. Really nice spot to just sit and relax. Although we didn't use any of the amenities of the complex, the pool area looked nice. We were surprised to find that there were several really excellent restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the door.
