Ideally situated right next to Rose Marina, you'll have easy access to the water with fishing and boat charters available. On-site amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a waterfront bar/grill. Days at the beach are just a short drive away.

The bright, open interior features a colorful coastal motif and comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen features a full suite of updated, stainless steel appliances for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy eat-in meals or al fresco dining out on the lanai - both options offer seating for four. After the day's adventure's unwind in the living room with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Modern essentials include central AC and free WiFi

The bedroom includes private patio access and an en suite bathroom which also features entry from the kitchen.

Things to Know
This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.
This home requires a weekly rental minimum.

This complex is equipped with elevator access.
Luggage carts are available by the elevators (first-come-first-served).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Vacay!

Very nice condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. Very easy check-in and checkout. Vacasa sent texts and/or emails for reminders and information. Highly recommend!
