Great Location

Overall the stay went really well. The location of the condo is directly across the street from the beach with easy access. They supplied beach accessories and towels. My only two complaints were the sheet were disgusting and stained and the condo smells like the nail salon on the main floor. When you walk in there is a strong nail polish odor.

Needs paint, torn curtains, curtain rods falling down, no lock on patio door, beach umbrella broken. Can’t close the door into the bathroom from bedroom because the bed is to close. Condo needs to be taken better care of or reduce the rate

Location great but condo needs lots of work

Disappointed overall in condition of this unit. Condo definitely needs to be updated. Very dingy and dated and worn. Host Stephen is non responsive. Ignored my initial inquiries about condo and ignored my 2 phone messages. When he did respond he only answered a few of my concerns about recent VRBO reviews. Many issues with unit—ice maker makes about 6 cubes a day, torn sheers in living room/kitchen, pull-out couch has no privacy due to only sheers, shower very old, small and dark, no towel bars or hooks in bathroom by sink/shower, bathroom sink water pressure is extreme, no Kleenex provided, bed sheets very scratchy, mattress nearing it’s end, no beach cart, one beach chair fabric is torn, tiny cooler that doesn’t hold much at all or stay cool long, minimal kitchen items, no pots or pans, kitchen chairs are stained, tv very finicky and hard to turn on. Pluses-located across the street from public beach access. Unit had new patio furniture. Beach umbrella was provided. We stayed in a different condo in this same building a year ago and while that one wasn’t newly updated either it had better amenities and the host was very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful View but major Plumbing Problems

The unit was nice but the toilet shower and drain were a problem from the time we moved in until they finally called a licensed plumber on Wed (we moved in Sunday). We had to use the toilet in the hotel. Also on the balcony you can hear everyone and some guests were smoking.

View not what expected

The unit was older but pretty clean. Same with all the furniture. Was disappointed in the view since I had read many reviews saying there were beautiful sunset views from the balcony which was really limited view between two high rise buildings. The patio furniture was awful. The wicker was all ripped and falling off the chairs and painful to rest your arms on.

Everything was exactly as described. Conveniently located to most eveything you'll need. Exceptionally clean. Check in and out was seamless.

Disappointed

Positives: The location was very good, easy access to so many restaurants, shops, etc. and beach access across the street wasn't much farther than if we had stayed "on the beach"--the water was a bit of a walk either way. We loved the open floor plan of kitchen/eating area/family room. Bedroom was large, plenty of storage. Enjoyed the balcony. The pool and tennis court were lovely. Negatives: Bathroom was small and the shower/tub combo was tiny and unlit, difficult for my 6'5", 250 lb. spouse. The kitchen was recently remodeled but is not well appointed. Cooking our own dinners would have been challenging. The ice maker in the fridge barely made any ice. We ended up buying a bag of ice. Setting the television for viewing was so complicated we gave up. I thought we could deal with no laundry facilities in the condo itself and planned to use the facilities available on our floor. We discovered there was only one washer and one dryer and the cost was $1.50 in quarters for each and NO change maker available. If planning to use those facilities, be sure to bring rolls of quarters. No one in the local shops, etc was willing to give us as much as change for a dollar! The condo, especially the woodwork, is in dire need of paint and repair. The final straw was that due to walking around the condo in our barefeet, the bottoms of our feeet were black! The tile floors looked clean but obviously were not.

AMAZING!!!

Right next to the resorts for easy access to conferences AND right across the street from a white sandy beach with the most amount of seashells I have ever seen on a beach! Short walk to the nature preserve, Tigertail and several beach shops all within walking distance. Friendly locals and the best KeyLime pie found everywhere. Accommodations were perfect, I was able to have my food box delivered and easily made things throughout the week without even having to find a grocery store. Very prompt response by the owner when I needed it most! Thank You!!!!

Perfect location

The unit was perfect for 2 people. The unit was spacious and clean. Directly across the street from the beach access. The pool deck area was small but the pool was nice size. We had a great time. You should stay at this unit.

Location, location, location!

This was the perfect vacation condo for my husband and I. Beautifully updated unit directly across the street from beach access and a 4 minute walk to the JW Marriott. The balcony was great for sunsets, the bed comfortable, and a quiet property ensures a good night sleep. We will definitely stay here again. Only one quirk, while the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink was strong, the bathroom sink pressure was fairly weak which I didn’t understand, but that was truly the ONLY negative. You will not regret staying here!
