Apollo 901: 3 Bedroom Beautiful Beach Front Condo!
Beautiful and updated 3-bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT Condo! Spacious balcony to enjoy daily sunsets and view of Pool area as well. Tile throughout condo. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Queen in one guest room and 2 twins in the other guest bedroom. No need to wait inline to use the washer and dryer with the rest of the floor. This condo has a full size washer and dryer. Downstairs is a full restaurant and bar. Exercise room, Tennis, Pool and Jacuzzi included in this building. Short walk to the beach. 13 Min walk to the Movies, more restaurants, and mini golf! EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
There is a $50 parking fee and a refundable $75 deposit for the gate tag collected upon arrival at the front desk. The $75 deposit will be refunded after the parking tag is returned and tested for damage. Fees will be charged to a credit or debit card as the front desk will not accept checks or cash payments.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Keys for the Rental Property will be at Marco Island Rental Properties; 237 N Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145
We are right next to Empire Bagel. The Code to our key box will be emailed to you prior to arrival.
