"J'avais réservé 4 jours dans un gîte pour 4 personnes.J'ai payé, et j'ai reçu la confirmation et l'adresse. Le lundi, on se presente chez le propriétaire et le gîte était occupé pour tout le mois d'octobre. À 19hrs nous n'avions pas un toit pour dormir. En ce moment je suis en train de désinstaller l'appli et je croise les doigts pour avoir un remboursement."
