「This is a quirky and charming little property. We loved it. We had a two story room with large window and beautiful view of the cathedral from our bedroom. Our bathroom was on the first floor down a spiral staircase. Yes, it was delightfully quirky. This is a great place for those who shun standard square room.」

「The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

「Imagine two of your favourite friends opening a beautiful small hotel with perfect amenities in a memorable setting and that might begin to approach Aux Bories Marquay. Five stars do not do it justice. It is now my favourite vacation experience ever. The hosts are kind, gracious and thoughtful. Breakfast is perfect in every way. The memory of breakfast in the courtyard will sustain me through the cold Canadian winter. We look forward to returning next year. 」
