Casa Del Plumbago is located in Patresi, in the municipality of Marciana, and is the ideal place for those seeking peace and nature. This cozy one-bedroom apartment is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It features a comfortable double bed in the living area, while the second sleeping area offers a bunk bed, perfect for the little ones.

The house has a bathroom with a shower and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing vacation, including a washing machine. Outdoors, a well-equipped garden allows you to enjoy meals al fresco and moments of relaxation immersed in nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, perfect for those who want to explore the beauty of the island and its coastline.

Important Notes:
Accommodation for families, with a maximum of 2 adults accompanied by 2 children.
Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.
Departure: by 9:00 AM.
Linen: the apartments do not provide bed or bath linen. It can be rented up to 7 days before your arrival. The cost for a double bed set is €40, and for a single set, €20. Linen must be picked up at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
