" Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! "Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man ist zu Fuß sowohl schnell am Strand als auch in der sehr schönen Altstadt von Fano. Bei Problemen mit dem Internet hat Francesco sehr schnell reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch die Fano-Visit-Card schnell geliefert. Ein großes Plus war die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich war die Wohnung gereinigt worden, aber die Sockelleisten waren verstaubt, unter Tischen und...

"Bella struttura, Distante a più di 3 km dal centro, ma per chi ama andare in bico non è un problema. Noi siamo stati in un periodo non estivo, quindi abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio: Qualche accessorio in più per la cucina come presine e canovaccio sarebbero gradite come è bene provvedere a una disinfestazione di zanzare e formiche presenti sul pianerottolo che ahimè accedono all'interno dell'abitazione. Non sono presenti zanzariere"

"We had a lovely stay at Casa San Martino, celebrating ferragosto using the wood burning stove, and enjoying the grassy space and refreshing pool with beautiful views. Our children loved it, and so did we. About a 30 minute drive from Senigallia so we also enjoyed a day at the sea. We hope to return again! Grazie!"

"Casa sporca che non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto. L' area esterna non è utilizzabile quanto è un deposito di attrezzi del proprietario, non è a misura di bambino,e la piscina è lercia. La casa si raggiunge solo tramite strada sterrata,e questo però nessuno te lo dice. Tutto pessimo"
