    3-room terraced house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 french bed and air conditioning. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. 2 Fam. Ein Chaos mit Hitze, Skorpione

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind etwas zu früh da gewesen,konnten nach kurzer Wartezeit einchecken. Das Ferienhaus war ansich groß und ausreichend nur die Inneneinrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden.Wenn man ein paar Euro's investiert z.Bsp. für neue Betten, Kommoden sowie eine nicht befleckte Couch bei IKEA kauft (kosten ca.1000,00€) wären es 5 Sterne wert.

Sauberkeit und Hygiene schlicht nicht vo

Zu sagen, die Unterkunft war schmutzig wäre schlicht untertrieben. Nach unserer Ankunft haben wir erstmal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt. Die Toilette war mit Fäkalienresten der Vorgänger versehen, Dusche und Badewanne haben seit Wochen keinen Reiniger gesehen. Am Geschirr klebten Reste von Bolognese. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im EG, in den Schlafzimmern im ungedämmten DG herrschten Temperaturen von 50 Grad. Schlaf war hier nicht möglich, daher wurde im EG auf Luftmatratzen geschlafen.

Sehr schlechte Betten

In den Bewertungen steht, daß eine Kontrolle stattgefand. Nope nicht hier... Die Betten sind die reinste Katastrophe. Ein Brett mit ca 5cm Schaumstoff. Geschirr hab ich erst spühlen müssen. Ich bin weiß Gott nicht pingelig, aber ein bisschen Hygiene sollte vorhanden sein. Die Treppe ist sehr steil & eng, DAS steh nicht in der Beschreibung. Wenn ich DAS vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich das nie gebucht. Klima NUR in der Küche. oben im Schlafzimmer HITZE keine klim Pool und Poolambiente war ok

Sehr unsauber

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber schlimmer sind die hygienischen Zustände. Ich bin nicht penibel aber dort war es wirklich unsauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir würden das Haus, aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände, definitiv nicht wieder buchen.

Das Hauz eine Katastrophe sehr un sauber und nur ein Badezimmer konnte mann nutzen das andere nicht zumutbar auch eine Katastrophe nie wieder unglaublich sehr enttäuscht

Sehr ruhige Lage, wie beschriebenPoolanlage und Garten sehr schönEinrichtung des Hauses abgewohnt.Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Reisetipps: Unbedingt nach Labin fahren und am Marktplatz essen und Kaffee trinken.
