Cozy and cheerful with a well-equipped kitchen, new gas grill, new furniture in the living room/dining room, updated bathroom with new shower, washer/dryer, and 50 in. flat-screen TV. Two full-size pull-out couches downstairs, sleeping porch with twin daybed that converts to king. Three window AC units (2 upstairs, and 1 downstairs) will keep you in comfort during the Summer. Two Bedrooms upstairs, featuring a queen bed in the owner's bedroom (new mattress) and two double beds in the second bedroom. Full bath with a stall shower is located on the first floor. Maximum Occupancy is 6. No pets allowed.
