Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, pool, & backyard. Guests also have access to several community parks and boat ramps, including Timberhill Park.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available for use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, a playground, and walking trails.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Approved pets are allowed with a max of two pets. A fee applies of $100 per pet, per stay.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
