Inviting new lake house located in beautiful hill country of Marble Falls. Spectacular waterfront views with multiple decks feature spacious boat dock on first, with swimming pool on second, and main deck outside the master bedroom and living area. Second floor bedrooms have individual balconies as well. Lake Marble Falls is a constant level lake that is always full year round. House sleeps 6. Comfortable furnishings and clean environment await you. Downtown quaint Marble Falls offers many amenities just minutes away, such as restaurants and unique boutiques, as well as art galleries. Additional entertainment can be found on Lake LBJ and Horseshoe Bay Resort, sporting activities such as golf and tennis. Restful sunsets and breathtaking scenery are available all seasons. If peace and quiet are what you are craving, then this property will provide you with the relaxation and rejuvenation that you are expecting. There is an exterior camera at the front and rear door of the home for safety and security.

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. This property is beautifully appointed and has amazing indoor and outdoor living areas. The house was beautiful and comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with the host Richard was excellent and he was very responsive and helpful.

Great Escape

Our family came from all over to get together for the holiday. The Lake House was perfect. Beautiful, well appointed modern farmhouse style. Super clean with all amenities. Minutes from town in quiet neighborhood right on the water. Couldn't be better.

A great lake house in Marble Falls!

We stayed here on our way to pick up our son from Camp Longhorn. The owners were quick with communication and the house was just as described. We enjoyed the pool and family movie time in the living room. Thank you so much!

Perfect Stay @ 5 Star Riverfront Property!!

Our family has been staying at vacation rental properties for over 30 years. This particular house in Marble Falls combines stunning river front location, with almost new house with great design, private swimming pool and the house was furnished and equipped in an over-the-top 5 star manner. Every single detail has been thought thru and provided for - we had an excellent stay!! We typically only stay at a vacation home once, as we like to always visit new towns and places, but this place was so nice, that the family agreed we need to come back here again, next time. Highly recommended!!!

Fabulous Stay, Location and Accommodations

We have been going to Lake LBJ and Lake Marble Falls for close to 40 years, and this home is the nicest we have ever stayed in. The home itself is beautiful, and has everything you could possibly need. The view is amazing and location is perfect. Cannot say enough great things about this home!

Amazing House on The Lake

This place was great. The host responded almost immediately with answers to any questions we had. They have a place to tie a boat or jet ski to the deck if you are renting. The view is amazing from any level of this home. The town is close with HEB, Walmart, Bait for fishing, and great food. We celebrated our 20-year anniversary here and will be going back.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Had a last minute change of plans to see family over Thanksgiving 2023 near Austin. Found this home on VRBO and it was wonderful. Clean, peaceful, safe. Everything new and works great. Plan to book again during warm weather as the lakefront and dock look like lots of fun.

Fantastic house and awesome location

Family of 6 with young adults, teen, and kid. Everybody had fun. House is amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all amenities you need. Pool was great to cool us down and all of us had fun at the dock: swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Thank you!

Fun & Relaxing Lake House

We were very happy we chose this house for spring break. We loved the views and everything it has to offer. The house was super clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner was amazing. My son and husband had a great time fishing off the dock and paddle boarding. I loved how close the restaurants and the downtown shops were. I highly recommend this house! It was wonderful and so relaxing!!

Best getaway!!

This house was perfect for our family spring break getaway. Everything was clean, lovely and very well appointed. The views were gorgeous!! We enjoyed the kayak and the pool deck, and had a great time on Main Street shopping and seeing the town. My kids had a ball. We would definitely come back!!!!Thank you Richard!!
