Unit was clean and comfortable and in a great location right in historic downtown Marble Falls. Unit would benefit from a cutting board and a few more dishes.

Great suite, clean and well maintained. Old house charm will modern amenities. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Location to downtown shopping was excellent. Place was clean and king size bed was comfy. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable but we weren't in the room long enough for it to be a bother. Definitely will stay again.
We really enjoyed staying at the Buchanan Suite. Everything was great except the couch does need to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable and kept sinking in.
Adorable cozy guest house within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, and short drive to state parks. Gorgeous hardwood floors and colorful decor made for a fun weekend getaway in this spotless unit. Host was very prompt in replies to messages.
It was a wonderful stay. Nice and Quiet. We liked the private balcony in the Buchanan room. They had street vendors all down main street. It closed early at 4 but still had time to shop a little.
Our stay here was great! Wife and I loved the fact that it was right in downtown Marble Falls. We were able to walk around without having to drive to anything downtown wise. Only issue we ran into was not having towels for us to use for showers but they responded quick and were eventually able to deliver that to us same day. It is an older place, but they do mention that in the description so don’t be surprised by the creaking floors. It was clean and pretty well put together. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!
Close to restaurants and shops. Only very minor issue was no coffee pods for the coffee maker were supplied. I checked in late at night and had no coffee in the morning. A few Keurig pods would have made it ideal.
We came to Marbel falls to celebrate our 15 yr anniversary! The Buchanan Suite was nice and quainte walking distance to all of the main square, only things were the view from the private balcony on the suite we stayed in was the back of buildings next door and power lines, so no sunsets to be seen well front that side, and the couch was not comfortable for relaxing its angled down, the bed needs to be elevated and leveled at the head board, its angled back and down so you can feel the blood rushing to your head and we had to flip around and sleep the other End of the bed. Over all it was nice and great location and pricing was wonderful for a whole suite !
Fit our needs for the weekend including our 3 month old puppy. Dog friendly but she stepped on the rodent gel trap in the closet. Took cutting her fur off her feet to get it out. For a dog friendly place it could be placed better. But otherwise it was perfect
Location, Location, Location. If you want to stay close to town and not mess with driving/parking, this is it. Clean, modern. Unfortunately, the view from the porch is of a back alley with about 10 garbage cans and a dumpster. Not pleasant.Vineyard? Did not go to one nor was there one on site.Save The World Brewery was great as was the town.
The property is great the location even better but the cleanliness of the bed found a lot of hair like a lot . There's no way it was left over from the drye.even though they said they're cleaning it that's why we couldn't check in early.
Can't rate the check in process with 5 stars because the keypad did not work upon arrival. That being said, the management quickly responded and courteously provided a key for entry. Would recommend the Buchanan Suite and plan to stay there again if in the area.
