Before Back To School Escape!

Reviewer Comments: As always we appreciated the management & environment and atmosphere but very disappointed in our lodging—low water pressure and no hot water. So we will not be back for that particular property but I’m sure we will find another one! Log Country Cove is just very relaxing for our family and we enjoy our time together!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in need of a make-over:Furniture is broken and unstable. Bar Stools and dining room chairs all need to be replaced. Some closets had missing rods and clothes could not be hung. Mattresses are past their prime. Carpets in upstairs bedroom should be removed, ironing board has no pad and was not usable. We had an unexpected visitors (bats) staying with us. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Previous reviews report of A/C issue with upstairs unit and we experienced the same. Unit could use a second coffee pot since it sleeps 18 and one pot was not enough. Staff is friendly and responsive to needs but the condition of property for price paid is enough to not return.

Fun getaway during a difficult time

SUPER CLEAN - Property is not brand new, but you don't notice because of the great surroundings - pool was heated and amazing - common areas were enjoyed by all.

Amazing place!

Fantastic weekend - very clean, spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, and upstairs area where they could have their own space. In fact, kids asked “can we just move here?” That just about says it all!

Great Spot

This is a great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup was that the listing on VRBO had the location pinpointed as Burnet, when the property is actually at the Log Country Cove. Not far though, so it all worked out.

Christmas get away

Only had issues one day. And of course you can't control the weather. Make sure you ask about paying for the propane if you want the pool heated out side of summer days. It was a very nice get away for Christmas

One girl accidentally left a pair of diamond earrings on a nightstand, and the staff at Log Country Cove went and found them and put them in the mail to her immediately!
