Alles was zoals beschreven, misschien een kleine vermelding dat het vlak voor een naaktstrand is. Verder zeer vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst!

Pictures not representative of villa’s condition

Definitely not worth the price we paid - it is clear there is no cleaning and maintenance done to maintain this villa. When we first checked in Karim was there to greet us and the process was easy. Once he left we started noticing the condition of the Villa; - 4th bedroom/bathroom: attached to the kitchen however its bathroom had a mold smell so bad that was impossible to use this room. The smell would permeate throughout the whole bottom floor. We were 9 people with only 3 rooms to share. - Floors: absolutely filthy. It was very apparent they had not been dusted or cleaned after the last occupants (if that). After multiple back and forths with Karim requesting someone to please clean the floors, as we were travelling with 2 children and an infant and couldn’t put them down on the floor, he kept saying he couldn’t get in touch with a cleaning lady and generic answers about the history of the Villa which does not justify the condition that it is in and the lack of cleanliness. We were left on our own. We even attempted to clean them ourselves but the cleaning closet had the same moldy smell and all cleaning supplies were dirty and moldy. We ended up not putting our kids onto the floor and having them basically in our arms for the whole week. - Pool: water was foggy and not clean until the pool guy came 4 days into our trip to clean it. Had I known all this before hand, I would not have reserved this villa. I deserve a refund!

Highly recommended...great time by all!

We had two lovely weeks holiday at this villa. Communications with property owner were exceptionally good and always accessible for us. A nice weekend pack greeted us too! Lovely idyllic surrounding community area and access to private park walkway to beach. Villa nice and a great entertainment section on TV with many new films. Pool area clean and maintained by pool manager throughout our stay. Car essential to get around and shopping etc..esay access to A7 to go anywhere. Would recommend Mijas Town up in the hills. So...a great holiday.

Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our group, pool excellent and a lovely temperature, all the facilities you need. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Karim was very informative and helpful ⭐️⭐️😁 thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Location

This villa was as described and the location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Cabopino beach, Andy’s Beach and tons of shopping and restaurants. A quick Uber ride into Málaga, Old Town and a few other hot spots. The pool and outdoor entertaining area was very spacious and fun! Our host Karim was very responsive and helpful. Check in/out was easy and efficient. We will likely be back to visit this beautiful Villa.
