Main Bedroom: Features a double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, and direct access to the balcony.



Second & Third Bedrooms: Each is equipped with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, ideal for children or friends.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing facilities.



Pool: Open usually from May to October. Please confirm availability for your dates, as opening times may be affected by drought restrictions.
