The 111 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a DVD player. An extra portable futon and a portable single bed in the garage may be added for children upon request.



Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four private open terraces with a barbecue (one main barbecue), and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a gated pool open year-round; a pool guard is present only during the summer season.
