Spend a fabulous and luxurious holiday in this impressive southeast-facing villa with a surface of 880 m2 built on three levels and placed in a beautiful plot of 1250 m2 with a courtyard and Mediterranean garden having lavishing vegetation with heated pool 10m x 4m. The fascinating interiors and the versatile terraces and garden offer all that you can dream of. The magnificent panoramic mountain views, a private heated pool, a BBQ area, sitting-, dining- and lounge areas, an impressive courtyard and a beautiful patio are just a small hint of what awaits you on this beautiful property. Placed next to the Parque National Sierra de las Nieves and only one kilometre from Playa el Alicate this property gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the natural beauties of astonishing Spain. The villa is placed in the upper part of the neighbourhood, so it has incredible sea views, on clear sunny days you can even see The Rock of Gibraltar or Africa.

The family bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet and bidet, and elegant finishings. The kitchen has modern equipment, two fridges, an oven, vitro ceramic, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a double sink, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an extractor. On this level, there is a service toilet.

The master bedroom has absolutely amazing panoramic views over the whole area. You may admire the sea and the Mediterranean vegetation and architecture without even leaving the bedroom. The dressing is a very generous space with plenty of room for storage. From the master bedroom, you may exit to the lovely terrace from where you have panoramic sea-, mountain and urbanization views. The master bathroom is impressive through its elegant furniture and exquisite finishings. You have a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a double sink, a toilet and a bide. All the bedrooms have electric shutters. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed and nightstands with lamps and a make-up table. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
On the entrance level of the villa, you have access through the garage to a completely equipped gym. If you want to keep fit even during your holiday you have all the necessary equipment, for working out all your muscle groups while watching your favourite TV programme. You also have two laundry rooms, one of which has two washing machines.
On this level of the villa, you have a distinct area with a beautiful and comfortable living room with a sitting area: two spacious leather sofas, a leather armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. An open-plan kitchen with bar stools along an island can be helpful if you want to enjoy your morning coffee in privacy. You have a toaster and a coffee machine here. The yard and garage can host up to 4 cars. As you climb the typical brick stairs you get to the main level of the property with its garden and palm trees. Generous stairs lead to the main entrance of the villa. As you go round the villa you will have the surprise of a beautiful panorama that reveals the surprising mountains of Sierra de las Nieves.
A south-facing terrace (57m2) offers access to the living room and has a comfortable sitting area for 4 with sofas and armchairs. The dining area is furnished with comfortable armchairs that can host up to 6 guests. The sun lounges where you can really enjoy your holiday are placed near the swimming pool. On hot summer days, you can open the umbrellas and turn the fan on to cool down. For your complete comfort, you have a rattan sun island with a rain cover to be able to enjoy your stay in the garden even on rainy days.
The 10x4m heated pool is right in front of the terrace and is also surrounded by a thick layer of green grass. Heating of the pool is charged extra 400 euros per week (please inquire about exact price as electricity prices are increasing)
